Your Custom Jewelry Journey
Each custom piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Our process combines advanced design technology, expert craftsmanship, and your vision — every step tailored to perfection.
Phase 1: Design Consultation
Timeframe: Typically 1–2 days
Enjoy a handcrafted espresso or a glass of wine as you meet with your personal jewelry concierge. Together, you'll explore inspiration, refine your design, select materials, and bring your vision to life. Your journey begins here — designed entirely around you.
Phase 2: CAD Design
Estimated Time: 7–10 business days (plus approximately 7 additional days per change request)
Our designers will create a detailed CAD (computer-aided design) model of your piece. You'll receive digital renderings to review and approve before moving forward. Revisions are welcome — perfection takes collaboration.
Phase 3: Wax Model
Estimated Time: ~5 business days
Once approved, we'll craft a wax model of your design so you can see the piece in 3D form before it's cast in precious metal. This step ensures every curve, contour, and proportion feels right.
Phase 4: Production & Finishing
Estimated Time: 3–5 weeks
CAD Conversion & Casting Prep:~5 business days
Casting:~14 business days
Finishing & Stone Setting:~14 business days (depending on complexity and workload)
